3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in describing our sustainable dresses, including fabric composition, sizing, and color representations. However, slight variations may occur due to the natural materials we use and monitor calibration differences.

3.2 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities due to our commitment to sustainable production practices that avoid over-manufacturing.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost fluctuations in sustainable fabrics.

4.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send an order confirmation. We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days with sustainable packaging.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order to support our small sustainable business operations.

4.3 Order Cancellations

You may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placement by emailing [email protected]. After processing begins, we cannot cancel to avoid waste in our supply chain.

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer mindful shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (Orders over £50): EMS, 15-25 days after dispatch

We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas to reduce our carbon footprint from difficult logistics.

5.2 Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility in keeping with international trade laws.

6.1 Our Conscious Returns Policy

To maintain our sustainable standards, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original eco-friendly packaging

6.2 Return Process

Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend trackable shipping.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.4 Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are available following the same process. You’ll only be charged if the new item has higher value.

All content on our site, including designs, text, and imagery, is owned by Woviqueen and protected by intellectual property laws. Our sustainable designs may not be reproduced without permission.

8.1 Product Use

Woviqueen is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products.

8.2 Website Availability

We strive to keep our site available but are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
