Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We offer two mindful shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carried by DHL or FedEx
– Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carried by EMS
– Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Conscious Returns Policy
We want you to love every Halter, Maxi, Midi, Mini, or Wrap Dress as much as we loved creating it responsibly. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s our thoughtful returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
To maintain our sustainable standards, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging (our eco-friendly mailer)
Sustainable Note: In keeping with our minimalist approach, all our conscious clothing (Halter Dresses, Maxi Dresses, Midi Dresses, Mini Dresses, and Wrap Dresses) can be returned if they meet the above criteria. We currently have no non-returnable items.
Our Mindful Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Await Approval: Our Edinburgh team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Thoughtfully: Return items in original packaging to our sustainable fulfillment center
- Ship Back: Use a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
- Inspection: We’ll verify the item’s condition within 3 business days of receipt
- Refund Processed: Upon approval, your refund will be initiated
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size or color changes):
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Specify your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original
- You’ll only be charged if the exchange item has a higher value
Refund Details
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return:
- Original payment method: Refunded to Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- International customers: Refund amount may vary based on currency fluctuations
Return Shipping
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Return address will be provided upon approval
- Original free shipping promotions don’t apply to returns
